Who may give paid immigration advice in Canada
Under section 91 of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act, no one may, directly or indirectly, represent or advise a person for consideration — or offer to do so — in connection with an immigration proceeding or application (including an Express Entry profile), unless they are a lawyer or paralegal in good standing with a Canadian law society, a notary in good standing with the Chambre des notaires du Québec, or a licensee of the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (an RCIC). ImmiTrack is none of these and does not provide such services. Read section 91 of IRPA.

Our calculators apply the criteria IRCC publishes on canada.ca to the information you enter. Results are estimates. Your official score and eligibility are determined only by IRCC’s systems and officers. Rules change; we update our tools as quickly as we can but cannot guarantee they are always current.
