How this directory works

Who can be listed

Only professionals who are allowed to give paid immigration advice in Canada: Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultants (RCICs) licensed by the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC), lawyers and Ontario licensed paralegals in good standing with a Canadian law society, and Québec notaries.

How we verify

  • Before a listing goes live, we check the licence against the official public register. RCICs must show Active status and Entitled to Practise: Yes.
  • For Québec (MIFI) programs, we also check the Registre québécois des consultants en immigration, the Barreau du Québec or the Chambre des notaires du Québec.
  • We re-check every listing at least every three months, and whenever we receive a complaint. Listings are hidden if verification lapses.

How listings are ordered and labelled

  • Paid listings (Featured and Sponsored) are always labelled “Paid listing” or “Sponsored” and appear above free listings in their city.
  • Free (Basic) listings are shown alphabetically. They are never ranked by payment.
  • Paid status affects placement only. It is not a rating or a recommendation.

What we don’t do

  • We don’t assess your case, recommend a professional, or match you with one.
  • We don’t charge professionals per lead, per consultation or per client, and we don’t take commissions or referral fees. Listings are flat-fee advertising only.
  • Each professional is responsible for the content of their listing and for following their regulator’s rules.
