What changes in the CRS on November 3, 2026?

IRCC adds a Labour Market Integration factor: the higher of Canadian work-length points plus extra points for experience in eligible high-wage occupations, or points for a qualifying job offer in a high-wage occupation (no LMIA needed). The maximum is 150 points without a spouse or partner and 140 with one.
