Directory advertising agreement

  • Flat fee. Featured and Sponsored listings are flat-fee advertising, billed monthly or annually. Basic listings are free.
  • No referral fees or commissions. ImmiTrack does not charge per lead, per consultation or per client, and does not receive any share of professional fees.
  • Your content, your responsibility. You are responsible for the accuracy of your listing and for complying with your regulator’s advertising and conduct rules.
  • Verification. Your listing goes live only after your licence is verified on the public register, and is re-checked at least quarterly.
  • Suspension. ImmiTrack may suspend or remove a listing if your licence status changes, if we receive a complaint, or if the listing breaks these terms.
  • Labelling. Paid placements are always labelled as paid or sponsored. Paid status affects placement only.
  • Cancel anytime. Paid listings can be cancelled at any time and stay active until the end of the paid period.
